The Distribution, Warehousing and Storage Operations NVQ has made me more aware of the importance in giving good customer service, yard operations and health and safety issues.

I enjoyed the programme which includes not only the NVQ but also key skills and the completion of 5 Manchester Open Learning Modules.

I have recently been promoted to Assistant Manager at the Sheerness branch of Alsford Timber and I would not hesitate to enrol suitable members of staff onto the Builders Merchants Federation Modern Apprenticeship Programmes".
